  • Yes, we are an appointment-only boutique. This ensures you have the entire space dedicated to you, along with uninterrupted time and attention from your stylist. We want your experience to feel relaxed, personal and truly special.

  • Your bridal appointment will typically last 90 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to get to know you, explore different styles and help you find the dress that feels just right, without ever feeling rushed.

  • We recommend bringing up to 2–3 of your closest friends or family members, however we can comfortably fit 4 guests..

    Keeping your group intimate helps maintain a calm atmosphere and ensures your voice remains the most important one in the room.

  • We recommend beginning your search for “The Dress” around 10–12 months before your wedding day. This gives your gown plenty of time to be lovingly made in your size and delivered to the boutique. Once you have collected your dress from Adella Lou Bridal, you can then arrange any alterations with your chosen seamstress.

    If your timeline is a little shorter, don’t worry. All our dresses can be sold off the rail and taken home that day. These dresses are perfect for brides on a tighter schedule or looking to save a few pennies.

  • Our sample gowns range from size 6 to 24, with the majority of our collection available to try in sizes 8–16.

    Please don’t worry about sizing, we have plenty of clever little tricks to help you see exactly how your dream dress will look and feel in your perfect fit.

  • To secure the dress of your dreams, we require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, with the remaining 50% due when your gown arrives at the boutique.

    If you’ve fallen in love with one of our off the rail gowns, payment in full is required on the day, as these dresses are ready to take home immediately.

    We happily accept Credit or Debit Card, Cash, and Bank Transfer.

    If you’d prefer a payment plan, just ask we will always try our best to arrange a personalised option that works for you.

  • While we don’t offer in-house alterations or a seamstress service at the boutique, I’m always more than happy to share the details of trusted local seamstresses that many of my lovely brides have used and adored.

    As many of our brides travel quite a distance to find their dream dress, I gently suggest arranging a seamstress closer to home where possible. It makes those final fittings in the weeks leading up to your big day much easier and more relaxed.
